1. Who is responsible for your data?

This website (g-zs.be) is operated by Gabriel Zapata Sarmiento, an independent freelancer based in Antwerp, Belgium. For questions about this privacy policy or your data, contact info@g-zs.be.

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data and do not use tracking or analytics cookies.

3. Why do we collect this data?

Solely to respond to your question or request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to inquiries you send us) and your consent when submitting the form.

4. How long do we keep your data?

Contact form submissions are kept for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.

5. Who has access to your data?

Only Gabriel Zapata Sarmiento has access to submitted messages. Data is stored with our hosting provider (Hostinger) and sent by email. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies necessary for the site to work (a session cookie and a CSRF security cookie). These cookies contain no personal information and are not used for tracking or advertising. Because these are strictly necessary cookies, no separate consent is required.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability.
